These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jonahemmanuel.com and the courses, educational materials, books, digital products, scholarship resources and other services offered by Jonah Emmanuel and Excellence Academy (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a course or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.
1. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, enrol in a course, submit personal information, make a purchase or otherwise use our services. By doing so, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Our services
We provide educational content and services that may include recorded courses, live classes, tutorials, exam-preparation materials, scholarship information, books, downloadable resources and related academic support. The availability, format, duration and price of a service may vary and will be described on the relevant product, course or checkout page.
We may improve, update, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature or service when reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid service you have already purchased, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate alternative or remedy.
3. Accounts and account security
You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts and purchased access are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred or shared unless we give written permission.
4. Orders, prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant page. We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Paystack. Your payment is also subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices. An order is complete only after successful payment confirmation. We may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability, fraud or technical error and will provide an appropriate refund where payment was collected.
5. Course and digital-product access
Access instructions may be delivered through your website account, email, a download page or another method stated at checkout. You are responsible for using a compatible device and internet connection.
You may use purchased materials only for your personal, non-commercial learning. Unless expressly permitted, you must not share login details, redistribute files, record or reproduce classes, resell materials, remove ownership notices or make our content publicly available.

We work to make it useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee examination scores, admission, scholarships, employment, income or any other particular result. Outcomes depend on factors including the learner’s effort, eligibility, preparation and decisions made by independent institutions.

7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, videos, graphics, course materials, downloads, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to Jonah Emmanuel and Excellence Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access purchased or freely provided content for lawful personal learning. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or restricted content;
- introduce malware, interfere with website operation or bypass access controls;
- copy, scrape, republish, sell or exploit our content without permission;

Our total liability relating to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without excluding any mandatory protections that apply to you under applicable law. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting one another. If it cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Nigeria.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
